I hereby authorize the cleaning of the engine bay for my vehicle described above. I understand and acknowledge the following:
- The cleaning will be carried out with care, as per standard procedures.
- While all precautions will be taken, there is a minimal risk of unforeseen issues due to the nature of engine bay cleaning.
- I accept responsibility for any potential consequences, including but not limited to electrical faults or performance issues, which may arise after the cleaning.
- I consent to proceed with the service under these terms.
