1. Acknowledgement

Customer acknowledges that ceramic coating has been explained, including benefits, risks, and maintenance requirements. Customer understands that results vary depending on condition of vehicle and aftercare.

2. Release of Liability

Customer agrees to release and hold harmless Service Provider from any liability, claims, damages, or expenses arising from or related to the ceramic coating process, including but not limited to:

• Surface imperfections pre-existing or caused as a result of the application process
• Improper aftercare or failure to follow maintenance instructions
• Wear and tear due to driving conditions, weather, or cleaning techniques

3. No Warranties

Customer understands that Service Provider does not guarantee or warrant performance or longevity of the ceramic coating.

4. Entire Agreement

This Release represents the entire agreement and supersedes any prior agreements, written or verbal.

5. Legal Capacity

Customer affirms they are over 18 and have legal authority to sign.
