This agreement is made between the above-named Company and Employee regarding the assignment and use of the company car described above. The Employee agrees to comply with all company car policies and to use the vehicle solely for purposes permitted by the Company.
The Employee is responsible for maintaining the vehicle in good condition and reporting any incidents immediately. The car remains the property of the Company and must be returned upon request or upon termination of employment.
