- Renter agrees to use the vehicle in compliance with all laws and regulations.

- Vehicle is not to be used for racing or off-road activities.
6. Insurance & Liability
- Proof of insurance must be provided prior to rental.
- Renter is responsible for any deductible and uninsured losses.
7. Damages & Maintenance
- Renter is responsible for any damage, loss, or excessive wear during the rental period.
- Regular maintenance costs are the responsibility of the owner.
8. Return Condition
- Vehicle must be returned in the same condition as at start of rental.
- All documents, keys, and accessories must be returned.
