1. Appointment

The Author hereby appoints the Agent to represent the Author’s literary works for the purpose of securing publishing, licensing, and/or other related agreements.

2. Commission

The Agent shall be entitled to a commission of percent ( %) of all gross monies, advances, and royalties earned by the Author through any agreements concluded by the Agent during the term of this Agreement.

3. Term

This Agreement will commence on and will continue until terminated by either party with written notice.

4. Payment

All payments due to the Author from agreements concluded by the Agent shall be paid directly to the Agent, who shall deduct their commission and remit the balance to the Author within days of receipt.
