Influencer Agent Commission Agreement

This Influencer Agent Commission Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into as of ("Effective Date"), by and between:

1. Appointment

The Influencer hereby appoints the Agent as their non-exclusive representative to assist in securing commercial opportunities and collaborations relevant to the Influencer's professional activities.

2. Term

This Agreement will commence on the Effective Date and will continue until terminated by either party with written notice.

3. Agent's Duties

• Sourcing and negotiating brand partnerships, sponsorships, and other commercial deals for the Influencer.
• Providing advice regarding collaborations and contracts as requested by the Influencer.

4. Commission

The Agent shall be entitled to a commission of % of the gross income received by the Influencer from deals secured by the Agent during the term of this Agreement.

5. Payment Terms

Commission payments shall be made to the Agent within days of the Influencer's receipt of income for each relevant deal.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all sensitive information received during the performance of this Agreement.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice. All outstanding commissions agreed upon prior to termination shall remain payable to the Agent.

8. General Provisions

• This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties.
