Tenant is responsible for the care, welfare, and supervision of all approved pets.
Pets must be kept on a leash or in a carrier when outside the dwelling unit.
Pet waste must be promptly and properly disposed of by the tenant.
Pets shall not disturb neighbors or cause property damage.
Any damage caused by the pet will be the responsibility of the tenant.
Additional rules may apply as stated in the lease agreement.
