4. Responsibilities
The Owner agrees to allow the User to use the above parking spot during the term.
The User agrees to use the parking spot responsibly and only for parking a vehicle.
The parking spot may not be sublet or assigned to others.
Any damage to the parking spot, beyond normal wear and tear, will be the User's responsibility.
5. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement by providing written notice.
Any prepaid amounts will be handled by mutual agreement.
