Terms & Conditions

1. Both parties agree to respect ownership of all personal items unless expressed otherwise.
2. Before using, borrowing, or moving any item belonging to the other, express permission must be obtained.
3. If permission is granted, both parties agree to use the item responsibly and return it promptly in its original condition.
4. In the event of accidental damage or loss, the party responsible will promptly notify the owner and discuss suitable compensation or replacement.
5. Shared/common property is not covered by this agreement unless specifically listed below.

Exceptions / Additional Agreements

Duration

This agreement will begin on the date signed and remain in effect until both parties agree to amend or terminate it.
