The Landlord/Property Manager hereby grants a waiver of the breed restriction policy for the pet listed above, on the following conditions:
The Resident must comply with all other pet policies stated in the lease.
This waiver applies only to the described pet and is not transferable.
The waiver may be revoked at any time should the pet display aggressive behavior, cause damage, or for violation of pet rules.
The Resident accepts all responsibility for damages or injuries caused by the pet.
