This Sublease Consent Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by the Landlord, Original Tenant, and Subtenant named above regarding the property described above.
The Landlord hereby gives consent to the subleasing of the property from the Original Tenant to the Subtenant, subject to the original lease terms and conditions. The Subtenant agrees to be bound by the rules and obligations set forth in the original lease agreement. The Original Tenant remains responsible for fulfilling all requirements under the original lease.
