1. Appointment of Manager
Owner hereby appoints Management Company as the exclusive agent to manage and operate the property described above under the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
2. Term of Agreement
This Agreement will commence on and continue until unless terminated earlier as provided herein.
3. Responsibilities of Manager
- Advertising and leasing the property
- Collecting rents and other payments
- Arranging for maintenance and repairs
- Paying bills related to the property from available funds
- Providing monthly statements to the owner
- Other duties as agreed by both parties
4. Owner’s Responsibilities
- Provide all documentation necessary for lawful management of the property
- Maintain adequate insurance
- Provide funds for payments as required
5. Compensation
Owner agrees to pay Management Company as follows:

6. Termination
