Agreement Terms

- This placement is made with the intent to move toward adoption, subject to legal and regulatory procedures.
- Foster Parent(s) understand and agree to work cooperatively with the Agency/Organization during the foster-to-adopt process.
- Both parties acknowledge their obligation to maintain the best interest and welfare of the child(ren) at all times.
- The Agency/Organization will provide support and guidance throughout the foster-to-adopt placement.
- All parties agree to notify each other promptly of any issues, changes, or concerns related to the placement.
