Short Sale Terms

• Seller consents to list the property as a short sale, subject to lender approval.
• All offers must be submitted to Seller and Broker for consideration and to the lender as required.
• Closing is contingent upon lender's final approval of all terms, including sales price and commission.

Seller’s Duties

• Seller to provide all required financial documents to lender in a timely manner.
• Seller to cooperate with Broker in marketing and facilitating the short sale.
