The Model grants the Photographer and assigns the irrevocable, perpetual and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs of the Model taken on the above date and location, for editorial, trade, advertising and any other purpose, in any manner and medium.

The Model waives any right to inspect or approve the finished images or printed material that may be used in conjunction therewith, or to compensation.

The Model releases the Photographer from any claims or liability relating to this release.
