This Guest Release Form (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between the podcast host (“Host”) and the undersigned guest (“Guest”) in connection with Guest’s participation in an episode of the podcast.

Terms & Permissions
Guest grants Host the unrestricted right to record, use, distribute, and edit the recording.
Guest understands that the recording may be published in any format, including but not limited to audio, video, and digital formats.
Guest waives the right to inspect or approve the final product or the use to which it may be applied.
Guest acknowledges no monetary compensation shall be made for participation or any subsequent use.
Guest affirms that their participation will not violate any agreement or infringe on the rights of any third party.
Permissions for Promotion
Guest authorizes the use of their name, voice, likeness, and biographical information for promotional purposes.
