Wedding Planner Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)

This Non-Disclosure Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into on ("Effective Date"), by and between:

Receiving Party:

The purpose of this Agreement is to prevent the unauthorized disclosure of confidential information regarding the wedding planning services provided by the Disclosing Party.

"Confidential Information" means any information disclosed by the Disclosing Party to the Receiving Party, orally or in writing, including but not limited to:

• Personal details of wedding parties and guests
• Event dates, venues, and logistics
• Vendor contacts and contracts
• Budgets, financial information, pricing, and payments
• Designs, themes, and creative concepts
• Any other non-public information related to the event

• Not to disclose Confidential Information to any third party
• To use Confidential Information solely for the purpose of planning and executing the wedding event
• To take reasonable steps to protect the confidentiality of such information

Notwithstanding the above, Confidential Information does not include information which:

• Is or becomes publicly known through no fault of the Receiving Party
• Is received from a third party without breach of any obligation
• Is independently developed by the Receiving Party without use of Confidential Information
• Is required to be disclosed by law, regulation, or court order

This Agreement and Receiving Party’s duty to hold Confidential Information in confidence remains in effect for years from the Effective Date.

Upon request, Receiving Party shall return or destroy any materials containing Confidential Information.

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties. Any amendments must be made in writing and signed by both parties. This Agreement is governed by the laws of .
