Podcast Guest Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
This Non-Disclosure Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into as of

1. Definition of Confidential Information
"Confidential Information" means all non-public information disclosed in connection with the podcast recording, including but not limited to upcoming episodes, unpublished content, business plans, or proprietary materials, whether oral, written, or in any other form.
2. Obligations of the Guest
- Guest agrees not to disclose, share, or use any Confidential Information for any purpose other than participation in the podcast.
- Guest will take reasonable measures to protect the secrecy of Confidential Information.
3. Exclusions
This Agreement does not apply to information that:
- Is or becomes publicly known through no breach of this Agreement,
- Was lawfully obtained independently, or
- Is required to be disclosed by law or court order.
4. Duration
The Guest's obligation to maintain confidentiality continues for
years from the Effective Date.
5. Return of Materials
Upon request, Guest will promptly return or destroy all materials containing Confidential Information.
6. Miscellaneous
- This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties.
