This Damage/Loss Waiver (the "Waiver") covers accidental damage or loss to the property and its contents during the rental period, subject to the terms and conditions below.

Terms and Conditions

1. This Waiver covers accidental damage or loss up to $
2. Intentional acts, gross negligence, or willful misconduct are not covered.
3. Loss of personal property or valuables is not covered.
4. All damages must be reported to the property manager/owner immediately.
5. This Waiver is not a substitute for renter’s insurance.
6. The guest agrees to comply with all terms of the rental agreement.
