This waiver is executed by the undersigned in connection with using the venue facilities for an event.
By signing below, the undersigned acknowledges and agrees to be personally responsible for any damage to or loss of property at the venue premises occurring during the event, including but not limited to furniture, fixtures, and equipment. The undersigned agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the venue owner/operator from and against any claims, damages, costs, or expenses arising out of such damage or loss.
