Tablet Lending Library User Agreement

By borrowing a tablet device from the Tablet Lending Library, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

• I am responsible for the care and security of the tablet and all accompanying accessories during the lending period.
• I will not leave the device unattended and will prevent unauthorized use.
• I will return the tablet and any accessories in the same condition as received by the agreed due date.
• If the device or accessories are lost, stolen, or damaged, I will be responsible for repair or replacement costs.
• I will not install, copy, or distribute unlicensed or illegal software.
• The device is to be used for lawful and appropriate purposes only.
• I agree to comply with all applicable library policies while using the device.
