Pet Rules and Conditions

- Tenant agrees to comply with all local laws, ordinances, and regulations related to pets.
- Tenant shall promptly remove, clean up, and appropriately dispose of all pet waste.
- No breeding of pets is allowed on the premises.
- No additional pets or replacement of pets are permitted without prior written approval from the Landlord.
- Tenant is responsible for all damages caused by the pet(s).
- Landlord reserves the right to revoke permission for the pet to remain on the premises if any provision of this Addendum is violated.
