Agreement Terms

1. The guest agrees to pay the security deposit amount as listed above prior to or at check-in.

2. The deposit will be held to cover possible damage to the room, missing items, unpaid bills, or breach of hotel policies.

3. The hotel reserves the right to apply all or part of the deposit to charges incurred during the guest's stay.

4. The remaining deposit, if any, will be refunded to the guest upon satisfactory room inspection at check-out.

5. The guest acknowledges and consents to these terms as a condition of their stay.
