This Agreement is made and entered into between the above named Creditor and Debtor. The Debtor hereby acknowledges and agrees that there is an outstanding debt as detailed above. The Debtor acknowledges the validity of the debt and undertakes to pay the amount in full as specified.
Both parties agree to the terms of this acknowledgment and understand that non-payment may result in further actions as permitted by law.
