Terms and Conditions

  1. The Transferor confirms that they are the lawful owner of the pet described above.

  2. The Transferor agrees to transfer legal ownership and responsibility of the pet to the Transferee as of the date of this Agreement.

  3. The Transferee agrees to provide proper care, food, shelter, and medical attention for the pet.

  4. The pet is transferred "as is" and the Transferor makes no further representations or warranties.
