Art Gallery Consignment Agreement

This Consignment Agreement (“Agreement”) is made as of by and between the following parties:

1. Consignment of Artworks

The Consignor agrees to consign the following artworks to the Consignee for exhibition and sale:

2. Term of Consignment

The consigned artworks will be held by the Gallery for a period of .

3. Sales Commission

The Gallery shall be entitled to a commission of % of the sale price of each artwork sold.

4. Payment Terms

Payment to the Artist for sold works will be made within days after the sale.

5. Insurance and Liability

The Gallery shall provide insurance coverage for consigned artworks while in its possession.

6. Return of Unsold Artwork

Upon termination of this Agreement or the consignment period, any unsold artwork will be returned to the Artist.
