Fashion Styling Portfolio Consent Agreement

This Consent Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between the undersigned client (“Client”) and the stylist or styling company (“Stylist”) for the purpose of granting permission to use photographic or video content featuring the Client for inclusion in the Stylist’s professional portfolio and related promotional materials.

Terms and Conditions

• The Client agrees that images and/or video footage created during styling sessions may be included in the Stylist's portfolio, website, and other promotional channels.
• The content may be edited, formatted, or adapted as needed for professional presentation.
• No personal or sensitive information will be disclosed without the Client’s consent.
• The Client understands that they will receive no monetary compensation for the use of these materials.
• This consent can be revoked in writing at any time, and the Stylist will make reasonable efforts to remove the Client’s likeness from ongoing or future use.

By signing below, the Client acknowledges that they have read and agreed to the terms outlined above.
