Client Consent

1. I authorize the above repairs to be performed on the listed couture item.
2. I understand that certain repairs or alterations may not fully restore the item to its original state.
3. I acknowledge possible risks involved in fashion item repairs, such as possible limitations due to fabric/materials.
4. I agree to the estimated cost and timeframe provided.
5. I accept that all items are handled with care, but the studio is not responsible for pre-existing damages.
