Sustainable Fashion Model Release Agreement

This Agreement is entered into between:

1. Grant of Rights

The Model hereby authorizes the Brand/Company to photograph, record, and use the Model’s likeness, image, and voice in connection with sustainable fashion campaigns, projects, and related promotional materials.

2. Usage

The Model agrees that their image may be used in all media formats, including but not limited to print, digital, and social media, for the purpose of promoting sustainable fashion. The use will be worldwide and for an unlimited period unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The Brand/Company affirms its commitment to ethical and sustainable practices in the creation, production, and promotion of all materials associated with this release.

5. Model’s Representation & Warranties

• The Model is at least 18 years of age.
• The Model has the right to enter into this Agreement.
• No other party’s consent is required for the rights granted herein.

6. Release

The Model hereby releases and discharges the Brand/Company from any claims related to the use of the Model’s image as outlined above.
