The Model hereby grants to the Company and its legal representatives, successors, assigns, and all persons or entities acting with its permission, the irrevocable, worldwide, and perpetual right to use the Model’s name, likeness, image, and photographs or videos taken on the following date(s): for use in any form or manner, including but not limited to commercial, advertising, promotional, editorial, and online use.
The Model agrees to receive the following compensation for services rendered under this Agreement:
The Model waives any right to inspect or approve the finished product, including but not limited to written or electronic copy, that may be created by the Company or its affiliates in connection with the images.
The Model releases and discharges the Company, its representatives, employees, agents, and assigns from any claims or demands arising out of or in connection with the use of the images, including any claims for libel or invasion of privacy.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of (Jurisdiction).
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes any prior agreements, representations, or negotiations, whether written or oral.
