Model Release Agreement
I, the undersigned model, hereby grant the above-named influencer the absolute and irrevocable right and permission to use, publish, and distribute photographs and/or videos taken of me during the session described, for use in any media, including social media, websites, print, or any other form now or hereafter known, for promotional, commercial, or editorial purposes.
I confirm that I am of legal age and have the right to contract in my own name regarding the matters stated above.
I have read this release and fully understand its contents.
