The Model grants to the Event/Designer the right to photograph, film, and otherwise capture the Model's likeness and performance in connection with the event mentioned above, and to use such images for promotional, advertising, editorial, and any other lawful purposes, in any and all media, worldwide, without limitation.
The Model shall receive the following compensation for participation in the event:
The Model waives any right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein their likeness appears. The Model releases and discharges the Event/Designer from all claims, demands, and liabilities in connection with the use of their image or performance.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of . This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior discussions. Any amendments must be in writing and signed by both parties.
