Uniform Rental Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement

This Uniform Rental Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between the Customer and the Rental Provider as outlined in the attached order or invoice.

2. Rental Items

The items provided under this Agreement include the uniforms and related accessories as detailed in the order.

3. Rental Term

The rental period shall commence on the delivery date and continue for the term specified in the order, unless terminated earlier as provided in this Agreement.

6. Cleaning and Maintenance

Cleaning and maintenance responsibilities are as specified in the order. Damages beyond normal wear and tear may result in additional charges.

7. Loss or Damage

The Customer is responsible for loss or damage to rented items other than normal wear and tear. Replacement or repair charges may apply.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement upon written notice if the other party breaches any material term of this Agreement.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Rental Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in conjunction with the use or inability to use the rented uniforms.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction.

12. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior agreements.
