Celebrity Styling Non-Disclosure Agreement

This Non-Disclosure Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into as of (“Effective Date”) by and between:

For purposes of this Agreement, “Confidential Information” includes but is not limited to all non-public information regarding styling sessions, wardrobe details, personal information of the Celebrity, and any materials, ideas, or communications shared before, during, or after the engagement.

• The Stylist agrees to hold all Confidential Information in strict confidence.
• The Stylist shall not disclose any Confidential Information to any third party without prior written consent of the Celebrity.
• The Stylist shall take all reasonable steps to protect the secrecy of the Confidential Information.

Confidential Information does not include information that:
a) was publicly known at the time of disclosure,
b) becomes publicly known through no fault of the Stylist, or
c) is required to be disclosed by law or court order.

This Agreement and the Stylist’s duty to hold Confidential Information in confidence remain in effect for years from the Effective Date.

Upon request by the Celebrity, the Stylist will promptly return all materials containing Confidential Information.

The Stylist understands that any breach may cause irreparable harm to the Celebrity and that monetary damages may be inadequate. The Celebrity shall be entitled to seek injunctive relief as appropriate.

This document constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior agreements, written or oral.
