For the purposes of this Agreement, "Confidential Information" means any and all personal, sensitive, and private information disclosed between the Stylist and the Client during the course of the personal styling services, including but not limited to body measurements, sizing, preferences, financial information, contact information, photographs, and all discussions related to personal appearance and styling.
Both parties agree not to disclose, share, or communicate any Confidential Information to any third party without prior written consent from the other party, except as otherwise required by law.
Confidential Information may be used solely for the purposes of providing or receiving personal styling services and for no other reason.
The confidentiality obligations as described in this Agreement will remain in effect both during and after the personal styling relationship, unless otherwise terminated by mutual written agreement.
Upon termination of this Agreement or upon request, all copies of Confidential Information shall be returned to the disclosing party or destroyed.
