I acknowledge that as a Beta Tester for the above-mentioned software/project, I have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) provided to me. I understand the confidential nature of all materials related to the beta software, and agree not to disclose, share, or distribute any information, features, feedback, or content pertaining to the beta software to any third party without written permission from the software provider.
