This Participation Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between the undersigned participant (“Participant”) and the Style Challenge organizers (“Organizers”), collectively referred to as “the Parties.”
1. Participation
The Participant agrees to take part in the Style Challenge organized by the Organizers.
The Participant acknowledges that all submissions and related activities must adhere to the rules and guidelines of the Style Challenge.
2. Original Work
All submissions must be the original work of the Participant.
The Participant affirms that their submitted work does not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights.
3. Usage Rights
The Participant grants the Organizers the right to display, share, or publish submitted works in relation to the Style Challenge.
4. Code of Conduct
The Participant agrees to uphold respect and sportsmanship throughout the challenge.
Any form of misconduct may result in disqualification.
5. Agreement
By signing below, the Participant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this Agreement.
