Interview Panel Confidentiality Agreement

This Confidentiality Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into by and between the undersigned panelist and [Company/Organization Name] concerning participation in the interview and selection process for candidates.

Purpose

The purpose of this Agreement is to ensure all information gained during the interview process remains confidential.

Agreement

  1. I acknowledge that during my participation on the interview panel, I may have access to confidential information, including but not limited to candidate identities, personal information, interview responses, evaluation materials, and deliberations.
  2. I agree not to disclose, discuss, or share any confidential information obtained during the interview process with anyone outside the designated selection committee.
  3. I will not use the information for any purpose outside of the interview and selection process.
  4. I understand that breach of this Agreement may result in disciplinary action or legal consequences.
