The purpose of this Agreement is to ensure all information gained during the interview process remains confidential.

I acknowledge that during my participation on the interview panel, I may have access to confidential information, including but not limited to candidate identities, personal information, interview responses, evaluation materials, and deliberations.

I agree not to disclose, discuss, or share any confidential information obtained during the interview process with anyone outside the designated selection committee.

I will not use the information for any purpose outside of the interview and selection process.

I understand that breach of this Agreement may result in disciplinary action or legal consequences.
