This Confidentiality Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between:
The Social Media Manager may be given access to confidential and proprietary information related to the Company, its clients, campaigns, strategies, passwords, and accounts.
The Social Media Manager agrees not to disclose, share, or use any confidential information for any purpose other than performance of their duties for the Company.
Upon termination or completion of services, all materials, documents, credentials, and confidential information must be returned or deleted as instructed by the Company.
This Agreement remains in effect for the duration of the Social Media Manager's engagement and continues after its termination regarding all confidential information obtained during the engagement.
Any breach of this Agreement may result in legal action, including claims for damages or injunctive relief.
