Podcast Guest Release Agreement

This Podcast Guest Release Agreement (Agreement) is entered into as of by and between ("Host/Producer") and ("Guest").

1. Grant of Rights

Guest hereby grants to Host/Producer the absolute and irrevocable right and permission to record, use, reproduce, distribute, and publicly display Guest's name, likeness, image, voice, and any interview or performance given in connection with the podcast titled ("Podcast").

2. Use of Recording

Host/Producer may use the recording, in whole or in part, for any and all purposes, including but not limited to, distribution, promotion, commercial use, or public performance, in any media or format.

3. Compensation

Guest acknowledges participation is voluntary and no monetary compensation is provided for participation or the use of the recording.

4. Representations and Warranties

Guest represents and warrants that the content shared during the recording does not infringe upon the rights of any third party.

5. Waiver

Guest waives any right to inspect or approve the final product and any compensation arising from or related to the use of the recording.

6. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of .
