Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
Fashion Shoot Photographer Assistant

This Non-Disclosure Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into as of (“Effective Date”) by and between:

• Assistant:

1. Confidential Information

“Confidential Information” means all non-public information disclosed or made available before, during, or after the fashion shoot, including but not limited to: shoot locations, concepts, images, client information, wardrobe, hair and makeup, and all creative or logistical details.

2. Obligations

• The Assistant agrees not to disclose, copy, reproduce, or communicate any Confidential Information to any third party without written consent from the Photographer.
• The Assistant will use Confidential Information solely for the purpose of assisting with the fashion shoot as directed by the Photographer.
• This obligation survives termination of assistance or completion of the shoot.

3. Exclusions

• This Agreement does not apply to information that becomes publicly available through no fault of the Assistant or is lawfully obtained from other sources.

4. Return of Materials

Upon request or completion of the assignment, the Assistant will return or destroy all materials relating to the Confidential Information.
