1. The garment remains the property of the Lender at all times.
2. The Borrower shall be responsible for the garment's care and safe return by the specified end date.
3. Any damage or loss will be reported immediately and may result in repair or replacement costs, at the Lender's discretion.
4. No alterations or modifications shall be made to the garment.
5. Use or display of the garment is limited to the specified purpose and location.
6. The Lender reserves the right to terminate the loan at any time with written notice.
7. All terms and conditions outlined must be adhered to by the Borrower.
