I understand that I may be held liable for any loss, theft, or damage incurred while the items are in my possession. I agree to return all items by the date specified above unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
I hereby release (PR Agency) and its affiliates from any claims or liabilities resulting from my possession or use of these samples.
