I, the undersigned Model, hereby grant to the Photographer the irrevocable right to use my photographic images, portraits, or pictures in all forms and media for any lawful purposes including advertising, publicity, illustration, and web content, without restriction as to changes or alterations, and without compensation.
I agree that the images may be combined with other images, text, graphics, and may be cropped, edited, or modified.
