2. Participant Obligations

• Provide details and support for Participant regarding the event.
• Ensure venue and facilities meet safety standards.
• Communicate all relevant event changes in a timely manner.

5. Intellectual Property

The Participant grants the Organizer the right to use photos, video, and likenesses recorded/programmed during the event for event promotion, marketing, and other related purposes.

6. Liability & Insurance

The Participant agrees to release the Organizer from liability for any injury or loss incurred during the event except in cases of Organizer's gross negligence. Insurance provision (if applicable):
