1. The dress shall be rented in clean and wearable condition. The Renter agrees to return the dress in the same condition it was received, except for ordinary wear.
2. The Rental Fee and Security Deposit shall be paid in full prior to receiving the dress.
3. Any loss or damage beyond normal wear (e.g. stains, tears, missing embellishments) will result in deduction from the Security Deposit or additional charges.
4. The dress must be returned by the agreed date. Late returns may result in daily late fees.
5. The Renter will not make any alterations or modifications to the dress.
6. The Security Deposit (minus any applicable deductions) will be returned within 7 days after inspection.
7. Both parties agree to all terms stated in this agreement.
