I understand that participation in carpool ride sharing involves certain inherent risks, including but not limited to accidents, injuries, or loss of property. By signing below, I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and agree to waive, release, and discharge (the "Organizer"), its agents, employees, and volunteers from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or death that may be sustained while participating in carpool ride sharing, whether caused by the negligence of the Organizer or otherwise.
I certify that I am legally eligible, physically able, and properly licensed (if acting as a driver) to participate. I agree to abide by all applicable traffic laws and regulations.
I have read and fully understand this waiver and release of liability, and I sign it voluntarily.
