The Homeowner hereby acknowledges and agrees to the following terms:
The Contractor shall perform the renovation work as described above.
The Homeowner releases and holds harmless the Contractor from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action related to injuries, damages, or losses that may arise during or as a result of the renovation project, except those resulting from gross negligence or willful misconduct.
The Homeowner understands and accepts all risks associated with the renovation work performed within or upon the property.
This Waiver is binding upon the Homeowner, their heirs, legal representatives, and assigns.
