The Renter acknowledges that they are voluntarily renting and using the Equipment and understand and agree to assume full responsibility for any and all risks, injuries, damages, or losses, whether caused in whole or in part by negligent acts or omissions on the part of the Owner, its agents, or employees.

The Renter hereby releases, waives, discharges, and covenants not to sue the Owner for any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action that may arise during the use or possession of the Equipment.

The Renter agrees to accept full responsibility for proper care and use of the Equipment, and to return it in good condition. The Renter further agrees to cover the cost of repair or replacement in case of loss, theft, or damage of the Equipment.

The Renter certifies that they are capable of safely operating and handling the Equipment and will adhere to all safety guidelines and applicable laws.
