4. Content Guidelines

1. Content must be original and align with the Company's branding.
2. Posts must comply with all relevant FTC guidelines and clearly disclose the partnership.
3. All content must be submitted to the Company for review prior to posting if required.
4. Content cannot contain inappropriate or offensive material.

5. Term and Termination

This Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and continue until or until terminated by either party with prior written notice.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information strictly confidential.

7. Intellectual Property

The Company retains all rights to its intellectual property. Influencer grants the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use promotional content for marketing purposes.

8. Miscellaneous

1. Nothing in this Agreement creates an employment relationship between the parties.
2. This Agreement represents the entire agreement and supersedes all prior agreements.
3. Any amendments must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
